When A Man Goes Shopping

By Sarah Bielak

Today's men wouldn't settle for anything less in terms of shopping. They just won't get caught alive wearing the same pair of shorts they wore yesterday. You'll see men flossing their teeth in the washroom. You'll see some men walking around with designer duffel bags hanging on their shoulder just like how women would carry those and not look odd. Men today go shopping and when they do, they spend their cash carefully. They want to get all their money's worth and get the most benefits that they are entitled to as customers.

That is why numerous several stores who cater mostly for guys set up a lounge, making their customers feel more comfortable while shopping in the store. Many stores even offer coffee or tea to its clients and prospective clients only to drum up trade. I will personally favor those kinds of store where you will probably be greeted simply by their friendly staff, willing to wait until you've decided on what shirt, shoes, hat, suit or accessories to purchase. And in the occasion that you didn't buy anything, they'd still take care of you the same way they would to the ones buying something.

I noticed that a number of blokes also like to go shopping for toiletries. I know it used to be a girl thing to shop for fragrant soap, lotion, face cream, overnight face packs along with other vanity stuff that we will not ever call vanity but rather, so-called needs. But the thing is men also spend much money on these things such as colognes, perfume, oil blotting papers for the face and so much more that was not there before.

The way guys shop has changed since there are more products that the modern man expects and needs to have. Advertising plays a huge role in this phenomenon. You certainly will notice diverse advertisements left and right in just about everywhere you go, each one suggesting that their particular device utilizes the newest technological innovation for the modern man's modern demands. Well, in a way, I would have to agree simply because the modern man who lives in the modern world needs modern things for his modern wants and necessities.

You cannot sell your line of musky fragrances to a young professional who goes to a pretty and fully air-conditioned office due to the fact he'd end up being the laughing stock of the whole office. He'll end up smelling like a grandfather. No offense to grandfathers but they tend to love the musky fragrances that filled the air in uptown Beverly Hills. But that was ages ago. Men give preference to Boss through Hugo Boss, Aqva Marine by simply Bvlgari, Dolce & Gabbana's The Just one, Jean Paul Gaultier's "Le Male" and the greatest Paco Rabanne's 1 Million. They even come in gift sets that make it more worth it.

There happen to be lots of males who can manage to purchase the majority of costly designer items there is on the market. But then again, only some of them can certainly really pull it off with even the cheapest apparels and accessories and still seem and feel like a million dollars and still get away with it. - 31834
